#1 – Purchase saline nasal spray:

This is the main safe nasal shower to use with children, babies, and toddlers. Lay the infant down on his back and, if conceivable, somewhat tilt his head back (don’t force it). At that point splash 2 to 3 drops of saline spray into every nostril. Try not to stress if infant wheezes some of it out – despite everything is advanced into the nasal passage. If any splash comes out of the nose, wipe it away tenderly with a tissue.
