After giving birth to a beautiful baby (Or adopting a cute kid), the last thing we want is seeing them grow up to be entitled kids that cause headaches to us and others, especially that it may even leave a strong impact on their personalities as grownups.
The problem is, as parents, it is difficult to not give your baby everything they want and need, especially if they cried for it. Our hearts are too sensitive to disagree with their puppy eyes and crocodile tears, but what should we do when all we want is to see our kids happy?
But also, how can we do it when we don’t want them to be considered as entitled kids?
Living in an age of instant gratification, overabundance, helicopter parenting, and selfies make it easy for our children to be out of control and lack many important traits like kindness, empathy, work ethic, and a sense of personal responsibility.
No worries, though! There is always hope to have smart kids that wouldn’t be crying their way out or into anything because after all, their brains are at its best age to learn and to grow into the best versions of themselves.
