A newborn baby should always be handled with care. The fontanels are flexible spaces located, one on the top and the other at the back of the child’s skull. It is actually the bones of the skull that have not yet completely solidified in order to allow the latter to continue to grow with the child. They close themselves when the baby grows.

But they don’t require special care. You should handle this area gently when you perform baby hygiene, but you can wash your little one’s hair without any worry.
