#2 – Going to Bed Early
I guess all moms used to have a totally different pre-mom sleep schedule. You probably went to bed around 1 a.m. and still had your 8 hours of sleep, but now that your children wake you up at around 4 a.m. every morning, you just do what you have to do.
This means canceling plans and apologizing for not being able to meet a friend for a drink at 9 a.m. but guess what! You don’t have to say sorry because you are not sorry at all for choosing whatever works best for you and your kids.
