1. CrossFit or other high-impact workouts

Pregnant women should avoid all movements that are used in CrossFit, interval training, and high-impact workouts, such as jumping, jarring motions or quick changes in direction. While ladies who are more experienced with such exercises might keep working out during pregnancy after getting the doctor’s approval, of course, most moms-to-be should better avoid intense workouts and stick to normal yoga, swimming, stationary bike riding, elliptical training, and walking.
