Studies show that most parents aren’t aware that their children suffer from a behavioral disorder whose symptoms involve defiant behavior, aggression, irritability, anxiety, nervousness, intense mood swings, insomnia, destructive behavior, etc.
This might explain why your child has frequent anger outbursts or doesn’t “listen” to you when you ask them to do something or behave in a certain way.
If you notice any of the aforementioned signs in your kid, don’t just punish or yell at them. Understand their situation and seek help if you believe you can’t handle it by yourself.
