#2 – Washing hands regularly

Insist on your kids to wash their hands thoroughly with soap and avoid touching their faces or rubbing eyes after touching surfaces.

Bar soaps at school could also be crawling with germs, so it’s only wise to hand your kids their own antibacterial soap, hand sanitizers, and dispensable paper towels to use regularly instead of the ones supplied at school, from which your kids could easily pick up viruses.

Younger kids often don’t like to wash their hands, but you can teach them how to have fun doing it. For example, teach them to sing a song or count to 20 when washing their hands!
