#8 – Being Inflexible about Schedules

Depending on the kid’s nature, moms need to turn their eating and sleeping schedules upside down to fulfill their kids’ needs.

This means that when a friend or family member invites you for a meal or cup of coffee, you’re not supposed to apologize for not being able to make it because your child needs to eat, take a nap, or be in bed early. You know the limits of your family and you do your best to be a good mom, which by the way, always comes first.
