#3 – Hope
There’s no life without hope and parents tend to have plenty of hopes and dreams for their little ones’ future. It would be lovely to share this hopeful attitude with your kids, but only if you made sure it’s not something too big (like becoming an astronaut) to avoid putting any kind of pressure on them.
It’s best to stay in the present and share your hopes for your kid’s friendships and current talents as well as your hopes regarding their own dreams.
Filling your child’s heart with hope while considering their own dreams and vision of what they want to be or accomplish is parenting done right.
