#7 – Notice
As a parent, you must notice a lot about your kids every day. But the problem is how many times you tell them about your observations and reflections.
In your letters, write down the things you’ve noticed regarding their maturity, behavior, or any emerging positive characteristics. For instance, tell your kids about their kindness toward their friends, generosity toward their siblings, or how they can maturely deal with conflicts.
Pointing out the good observations will help your children know themselves better and enhance other positive characteristics as they grow up.
