6 Medications That Can Accidentally Kill Your Kids

1. Aspirin

Surprisingly enough, Aspirin — used to relieve pain, fever, and inflammation — can be a dangerous medication for kids.

Though Aspirin has been approved for children, if taken without caution, it can cause your kids fever, vomiting, seizure, and even death.

Moreover, studies have found that Aspirin is linked with symptoms of Reye’s syndrome, a rare disorder that is often seen in children who suffer viral infections such as the flu or chickenpox. This syndrome causes liver and brain damage.

Make sure to hide Aspirin medication from young children to prevent them from taking it by accident.
