Enjoying a long hot bath may feel amazing, but it can put your baby’s health at risk.
The high temperature in a bathtub or sauna is something all pregnant women should avoid.
To keep your unborn child safe, never overheat yourself, avoid sauna, and don’t stay any longer than 10 minutes in a hot bathtub. Better yet, stick to baths that are the same as your body temperature.
