“Pigeon toes” is a condition where your child’s toes point inward instead of outward.
Pigeon toes, also known as in-toeing, occurs during toddlerhood as the tibia — the larger bone of the two leg bones that support the body’s weight — twists and turns in.
This usually does not mean that there is something wrong with their feet because this condition normally heals on its own, albeit at a slower rate.
However, if you notice that your child’s legs aren’t gaining a normal shape from their pigeon-toed one, you should see a doctor.
